Looking for cousin

Hi! I'm looking for a girl that was born in july(?) around the 8th or 9th in 1988. She was born in Grand Falls, Newfoundland. At birth her name was AMBER but that could have changed. I'm her first cousin, and I'm also helping my Grandmother search for her. I've been looking for Amber for years, it's been very difficult Obviously I know her mother and father's name, being so closely related, but i'm not going to post it.
