Looking for my sister

I am looking for my sister that was born in Montreal, Canada in 1965. I don't know what hospital she was born at or her exact DOB. Her bmother's name is Bernice Grace McLean (Settles) DOB 4/9/06. She was 19 years old when she was born. My sister's birth name may have been Tracey Mclean or Tracey Young. Her bfather is believed to be Charles Young from NY. He was stationed in Plattsburgh, NY in the Air Force. It is believed that my mother didn't give her up for adoption right away and tried to take care of her for approx 4-8mos. My sister may have been adopted by her Bfather if my mother contacted him regarding my sister.I haven't had contact with our mother in the last 3 years. I have a brother who lives in Atlanta, GA and I live in Rochester Hills MI. If anyone knows of a person or people who this story might fit. Please contact me. Thank you Tonia
