Washington Post reporter seeks interviewees

I am a writer for the Washington Post Magazine, with a longtime interest in topics involving families and children. I am looking for a birth mother and adoptive mother in an open adoption relationship, who would be willing to be profiled for an indepth magazine article. I am looking for a situation where at least one person--birth mother, or adoptive mother--lives in or near Washington D.C.
