From out of state - interested in adopting from FL

Hi - I'm wondering if anyone here has experience adopting from Florida. We are from another state and are interested in some sibling groups there.Just wondering what the process is like,and how long it takes for an out of state adoption to happen. Our homestudy is totally complete and the kids we're inquiring on are legally available. thanks for your help!
