where was she born? and what were the circumstances surrounding her adoption? is it possible she may think she was born a different day i.e. date was changed on amended birth cert?

I was born 2-10-1986 in North Platte, NE, but the b-day on my new birth certificate might be a day or two off.... Was she born in Nebraska??
