Birth Index Question

Can the complete (including all birth names after 1977) Texas Birth Index be photocopied, from the records in Austin??

I found some Birth Index CDs available, for order, online. They are made by GenArc. They claim to have the complete Tx Birth Index records. I don't know if that is possible.

I am not sure about records after 1977, but the ones online by GenArc, that I know of, only go to 1976. I'll pm you a site that I know has the birth indexes, but as I said I think they only go to 1976.
