male born premature 12/8/59 have birth mothers

last name from law journal . Dionise was last name. non identifying info says colledge student 20 at birth and white. BF no age and says graduate student at time of birth race was black. I have run into a dead end now .Any suggestions. Found many Dionises but none with the age she would have been .Also know she had a brother that died in his teens according to non identifying info.
