I was posting a reply to a question on the Guatemala board. My reply included the website of an organization that advocates for ethical practices in adoption. I typed in the URL of the site as a hyperlink. However, while the link does direct you to the other website, the text that shows up in my message here makes it look like it's a link to an adoption.com site. It is NOT and the hyperlink should not be automatically re-written to make it appear as if it is.
I am hoping that this is a glitch. I would appreciate it if an administrator would look at the message and correct the problem so that the website for Ethica shows up in the hyperlink.
If for some reason this is not a glitch but an automatic program here on the forum I would appreciate an explanation of why hyperlinks would be made to appear as if they are adoption.com sites when, in fact, they are not.

I replied on your other thread. The hyperlink doesn't work because the page title at ethica is non-standard. When posted, our system auto inserts something...
I will look into it to see if we can use another default.
