Calls and Visits..

So if part of a Bios case plan is that they are consistent with calls and visits amongst other things, like drug test and rehab programs. If they all the sudden start calling but don't make any attempt to visit, is this making an effort in most judges eyes? How much is "enough" for reunification?

Generally, no. Visits will be seen as more "helpful" for bonding. But every judge is different, sadly. They can read it however they want :(
