Searching person who I believe is my biological father, who signed my birth certificate, Pin R. Tucker. Mom is Adele Garman Horton. Both attended La. Tech in Ruston, LA in 1962 - 1963. Believe there were questions surrounding my paternity at birth and/or there was an adoption involved. I am searching for answers. If any things sounds familiar and you can help me, please respond.
