Anyone know if we can use a private home study writer in Michigan or do home studies have to be completed by an agency? I know the laws vary by state and am not sure what they are in Michigan, or how to find that out.

I googled adoption law in Ohio and got all the info the attorney told me. In Ohio Children Services do the home study. Hope this helps I looked up a site for you! It seemed to have all the info you would need.
