ISO female sibling born in Allentown Pennsylvania 1985

Hello everyone, my name is Coral My mother (Who does not have a computer) and I are currently searching for my sister, she was born I believe in May or April of 1985 at Sacred Heart Hospital, birth parents last name is Kookan. And she was given the name Jocelyn by her adopted parents. She would have blonde hair and hazel eyes like myself. This was a private adoption and the people who adopted her were very involved with us before her birth, they came to see my brother and I, bought us toys, the mother talked to my mother throughout the pregnancy...Etc. But everything is a complete blur for my mother as she blocked everything out because it was a traumatizing experience for her. She even had the adopted parents full names,location,etc and again, everything was blocked out so we are stuck. My mother had to hand her over to her new parents outside of the hospital because they did not have/want anything to do with the adoption.
