...those little foil or plastic wrappers make too much noise! I swear the kids have radar ears!
I can yell for my kids at the top of my lungs and they can't hear me from the next room, but they can hear me open a candy wrapper or a bag of chips from anywhere in the neighborhood.

The best way to have chocolate? Try it straight off the conveyor belt at Ethel M Chocolates in Henderson, NV. I had 2 Snickers bars that way and boy were they luscious. The nugat was still warm. YYYYYYYuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmm...
PS - I am 'only' 51. Does that mean that I win the 'oldest person on this poll' contest and get to have all the chocolate?
I don't think so Withay... I'm "only" 55 (until Oct) so the chocolate must be mine! (I'll share!)

:prop: Any and All chocolate (except white chocolate because to me that is an oxymoron) is good. Isn't chocolate a major food group? If not it should be.
Darn! I was reading along and figured I'd jump in here at 53 yrs. old and claim all the chocolate for myself! Then I read that kakuehl is 2 yrs. older than me! :hissy:
MILK CHOCOLATE RULES! But ALL chocolate is good.
This thread is making me hungry - I'd better get to bed before I tear the house apart looking for some!

Okay ... 56 here, so it's MINE all MINE.
I live in a world where people dis any American chocolate, touting Belgium and Switzerland as the only provider of any worth eating -- aside from some Cadbury's.
It's great! Because hardly anyone wants any of the Kisses my mom sends in her care packages from The States.
I agree on the White Choc thing. It's a nice candy, but it ain't chocolate.
Do they still make Mountain Bars? Does anyone remember them? A little hill of chocolate with nuts with a nougat center ... I loved those when I was a kid. And Heath Bars ... scrape all the chocolate off, then suck the toffee. mmmmmm
