Looking for biological brother that was adopted in NYC and born 10/30/63

I am looking for my full biological brother who was born on 10/30/63 to my parents who were later married and had me and my other older brother. My mother, Barbara Ann Jiminez (maiden name), and later Barbara Bedell, named him Gregory Scott. She said he was born in a NYC hospital near 14th Street and what used to be Klein's Dept store. She lived in a home for unwed mothers nearby (though she doesn't remember the name of the home). They told her he was adopted by a doctor and his wife, and that they lived in upstate NY (though I don't know if that's true, of course). If anyone has any information that may be helpful to my search, please let me know! Thank you.
