Searching for adopted brother born June 28, 1985

I am searching for my adopted brother born to a husband and wife (last name Moyer). He was born 06/28/1985 at 10:40pm in Medford, Oregon (I believe). He was adopted in Portland through Boys and Girls Aid Society of Oregon. I have a couple pictures and a letter from the adoption agency about the adoptive family. The letter states that the adoptive family was a couple in their 30's, both college grads, married for 5 years. The woman comes from a very "prominent and influential Oregon family". The man has a daughter from a previous marriage (born about 1973). The letter also states that they are both active in community affairs. I would love to find out more about my biological brother, so any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
