Good day:
I am a freelancer doing a piece for Current TV (Comcast channel 107) on transracial adoption. Specifically the piece deals with black families adopting non-black children, however, it will also cover transracial adoption on the whole and discuss why it is more common for white parents to adopt ethnic children than it is for black parents or other groups to adopt ethnic children. The piece serves to inform and will be neutral in tone.
I am looking for a parent or parents in Northern California (but will also consider families anywhere in California) with adopted ethnic children who would be open to meeting with me for a quick on camera chat. If you happen to be a black parent who is considering adopting or has adopted a non-black child, oh how I would so love to talk to you!
If you or some one you know is interested in being interviewed, please contact me. If there is a different bulletin board or topic I should post this to, please let me know.
Thanks much. I look forward to hearing from you.

Although I can't help due to my location, an organization with which you might be able to make several contacts is Pact.
They are working on what appears to be a similar project, so a joint effort would save duplicatation of each others' work. Here's the link: Pact, An Adoption Alliance - Project Building Understanding
