ISO Adopted Brother McKeesport PA 1950?

My birth mother came from Ohio to McKeesport PA in late 1940s or 1950 where she gave birth to a son and placed him for adoption. I have almost no details to go on. She likely stayed in a home for unwed mothers. Her uncle who was a prominent physician in Ohio allegedly assisted in making sure no information would be leaked. She would have used an assumed name. I was born in 1952 in Ohio and am desperately seeking the brother I always felt I had but only learned of a year ago. Please contact me if you think you are my brother or know how I might find him.
