Since when are abortion and adoption the only options?
Abortion wasn't legal when I was conceived and even if it had been, my mother didn't have the money for the procedure. If she HAD, then she wouldn't have needed an abortion because she would have had enough money to raise me herself.
She gave me away only because she couldn't afford to keep me (her husband walked out on her) and there weren't any "safety net" programs to help her.
I find this section offensive and misleading.

Same here. I've also [url=http://forums.adoption.com/adoptee-support/408822-being-used-push-agenda.html]said before[/url] that I resent adoptees being exploited by pro-lifers this way.
