I found several articles on raising boys from Focus on the Family. I found them very interesting and thought I would pass them on.
I'd love to discuss any of the ideas that struck you as good, or not so good! ;)

Thank you for this article Ani! This last weekend was almost my undoing with the boys. They were at each other all day both days.
Dh and I were just discussing how we need to do more reading on boys and how to learn to cope that boys will be boys.

Makes several good points, particularly for parents who have boys who act like, well, BOYS. There is no shame in having an active boy who likes to do boy things. I feel radical for saying that. How sad! I don't want to rear weenie boys, any more than I want to rear weenie girls. I want my children to stand strong on the principles we hold dear, and to be strong in their convictions. A strong man does not look the same as a strong woman, and vive la difference! In order to have strong young men we need to train them well as young boys. So...THANKS Ani, for sharing articles that support families in these efforts.
