Adopting from the state

My husband and I are hoping to adopt for the second time. Our daughter was adopted through a agency in 2004. This time we have choosen to adopt through the state ( we are open to all 50 states, but live in Ohio). We are open to any race, 0-7 years old, boy or girl. How long from the time you sumbited your homestudy till a match or placement ? Thanks !
