I gave a promise to my best friend that I would help her find her birth daughter who was born in 1987. I am unsure if she was born in Susanville, Quincy, or Chester, CA. My friend was living in susanville, CA at the time of the birth. The baby girl might have been called baby girl Reed. My friend told me the actual birthdate, but I have lost that information. I do not know where to begin searching and am looking for help.
