Thanks Sharon for your reply. I wish my reply was half as long as the time you took to make yours. Anyway, I guess I was living in a fantasy bubble by thinking that no Vietnam adoptees would suffer from FAS. Im sure it's not nearly as prevalent as in the former Soviet Union, but it can happen, especially in the city areas. Have a happy New Year. Amy K, NJ
