Sorry about the title meant to type 1976! I am looking for my foster family that took me in and named me Nancy. I was with them as a newborn sometime in Feb. 1976 St. Louis MO. thru Lutheran Family Services. I was in the foster home for approx 3 months (african american) If anyone thinks this rings a bell please contact me. Thank You
