My name is Charity Martinez. I was born in Rapid City SD. Because the offfice was a satelite office in SD they used the office in IA to do all the legal paper work. My parents lived in NE which led to a tri-state adoption. I have been told my birthmothers first name and her date of birth but can not get anywhere with this. I came into this world early at 3:23 am on December 28, 1987. If any of this information sounds familar please reply I just want to tell my natural mother thank you and that there is no presure but I would love to build a relationship with her.
