Looking for birth parents- Male born 3/29/1948

My father was born on 3/29/1948 in Pittsburgh, PA. The doctor that delivered him was John E. Kram. My father was a Ward of the Orphan's Court" until March 21st of 1949 at which time he was adopted. The first address he remembers is 1952 Bower Hill Lane which is part of Pittsburgh in Alleghenny County which is more than likely his adoptive parents prior address. His adoptive parents (my grandparents) have been deceased now for many years. Any information would be greatly appreciated or if anyone can recommend other places to search. Thank you!
