ok Ijust need some information.. I know when you do a step parent adoption without consent you can do it several ways, one way is when there has been no support for 12 out of the last 14 months... Well we are fixing to start our adoption and the other child's parent who has not provided support all of a sudden is now paying, will this affect anything... There has been no support for 30 months and now 2 payments... please help anyone.....
