I need help finding my oldest sister Angel Lee Kimmel or possibly Welsh. She was born in Arlington, Va on August 8, 1973. She was finally given up for adoption in November of 1976 after spending much of her young life in and out of foster care. Please help me find her. I have recenly found the rest of the siblings and our birth mom we are all anxious to have her back in our lives.:loveyou:
