Pray for us

We have court Tue. I know everyone will be asking for another extension because we are all waiting to see if BIL is charged with S/A. I had the state layers out to the house the other day and ask them if I could just send a letter to the judge and ask for custody and guardianship because flat out this baby will go home to a sick man if he isnt charged because he did his caseplan (big deal). The lawyer told me I couldnt do that so my CW was sitting here and as soon as the lawyer left she said do it anyway dont let them tell you what to do all the judge can say is no. We are at the 15 month mark and they say they cant Terminate his rights because he has done his caseplan. So I guess it doesnt matter you beat your kids and go to jail for it and then molest them and hey as long as you do what they tell you to you can get your vicitms back. Ok yes I am ranting. So we are going to court on Tuesday I handed my letter straight to the judges secretary last Thursday. I let him know that we want to give this baby a safe and happy home. I know the CASA worker has put in his letter he wants the parental rights removed as a first plan and guardainship with us as a second. I know our Caseworker is putting good stuff in her letters as well it is just the lawyers that want to extend this out to see if he is charged. So please pray extra hard for us on Tuesday we will need it. Thanks Brandy
