Discrimination thread

They finally came out with what he was really trying to say....no pun intended. Is this really acceptable?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think as long as they leave the lawsuit out, it is ok? I think Crick will have to answer that one.

so far they really haven't come out and said anything specifically...the elephant is in the room. lol. If it gets more responses tomorrow, I will post about it to clear the elephant out. They keep saying "forums" and you know...the forums itself does not discriminate against anyone from posting at all. Our Parent Profiles is a different part of the site and that is likely what they are referring to which has nothing to do with our forums. It's not a "battle" I really want to get into but if it comes to that I will. And honestly, the only reason is because no matter what we say, it won't change anything as far as perspective goes. What hacks me off about this is the OP starts this, checks in daily to read it but doesn't bother to partcipate or elaborate. I find that kind of hypocritical and chicken crap but what do I know.

FYI - Someone on the thread today asked specifically if the OP was insinuating that this site was engaging in discriminatory practices. Extra eyes needed now - and/or cricks intervention :bullwhip:

Ok could y'all check out post #21, she may or may not have crossed the line. She is not actually talking about the lawsuit, but it seems there are some veiled refrences. Especially towards the fact that there is no forum here for gays who are adopting. Also post #22 where she agrees with 21, but hope it doesn't get deleted. I think she should of at least left the part out about the post being deleted.

I'm okay with #21. Love's post...I'm okay with too because it's fine to hope something isn't deleted. If it were rudely stated or against our modding practices i.e."I hope it doesn't get deleted b/c we all know the mods suck", that would be different.:) I'd respond with a "Why would you think we'd delete this?" but that would just open a door to discussion I'd rather not get into because it's just too much of a catch 22 situation. Whatever I say or don't say will be debated. lol.
