Update on us

------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- We had a really good day in court the judge made BD look like a real moron it was great but we had a little fight on our hands see the two lawyers for the state and the social services ask the judge for a 3 month extension because of the pending sexual abuse charges but the CASA and the GAL both asked for TPR I knew the CASA was going to but the GAL isnt a very nice man and can be quite hateful when I call him but it must be his lawyer side kicked in and he sided with CASA so the judge did extend it out 3 months but said he fully intends to either TPR at the next hearing or he will grant the guardianship if they dont have grounds. So I am guessing that was great means he really isnt going home but I dont believe anything till I have the papers in my hand. The best part was when the judge talked about BD commiting child abuse. BD spoke up and said I never commited child abuse, The judge said well what did you serve time for, BD says misd assult. The judge says and who was the victim, BD my step son, Judge and how old was he BD says 5 and the judge leans way over his desk and screams at BD THAT IS WHAT I CALL CHILD ABUSE!!!!!!!!! It was great really it was. So we are back to the waiting game.......
