Tonight I visited with our bMom to-be. Afterwards, I felt scared, unsure, and out of control with some of the adoption details. Things I ultimately have no control over.
I wanted to call a friend, but honestly I am about to burn my phone up talking on it so much.
So I looked inward. I tried to connect with the baby and as I did, I felt more peaceful.
Do you have ways you use your spiritual beliefs to manage the stress that comes along with the process.

I've noticed that this board seems pretty dead so I hope you're still around to read my answer.
I meditate and ask the Goddess to fill my body and soul with a radiant blue light. I feel comforted when I feel the Goddess near me. I ask Her to please show me the right path. I try to remember that whatever was meant to happen will happen and that I just have to go with the flow of life.
Your child will find you. The Goddess will make sure of that.
