Dear Julie

If you live in Newport Ky, you should go to the Kenton Co. libary they have the Ky birth index book. All you need to have is the last digits on your birth certificate. Look under the day and year you were born. Your name will not be listed, It will only list the name of the birth mother and a number 1 (standing for a male) or a number 2 (standing for a female).
