New Birthmother Support Group in North Texas

Hi. The Tapestry Birthmother Support Group started in February in Irving. We meet the first Tuesday of each month, at 7p.m., at Irving Bible Church. The group is not offered as therapy, but as a place for understanding, support, and healing for any woman who has placed a child for adoption. The group is open to every birthmother, regardless of when she placed her child or what level of contact she has. I facilitate the group with another adoption professional. The group is not affiliated with any adoption agency, and there is never a fee to attend. If you need any more information, or would like to join us, please let me know!
