DH and I did not go through LDSFS because they didn't really have the type of child we were looking for. Since we are both Hispanic, we were told to try DHS. So we did and are currently waiting for the homestudy to be finished. CW is doing her report. In the mean time, we have had so many situations come up where BM are looking to place. We need an agency to go through, but not use to find a BM. What do you think?

I belive the LDSFS website says that they do designated adoptions. But you would have to look at the website to be sure. Also you can contract with agencies to do the homestudy.

Yes LDSFS does designated adoption. Call your closest office and they will take care of you.Best wishes

I don't know about LDFS, but most agencies will do"pre-arranged" adoptions. They just do the paper work and it is much cheaper, you don't have to pay the finders fee.
