Our entire process from the time we signed the contract with our agency to the time we received our referral was 16 months. It took us a while to get our dossier together, and then CRAN, the orphanage that we adopted through, needed some additional info, but once they approved our dossier, we received a referral 7 months later! While we were in the process it seemed like time was standing still, but I know compared to a lot of other countries, we had a relatively short wait. Thanks for the well-wishes!
