need help in Lincoln Nebraska

I am searching for my brother who was adopted in Lincoln Nebraska. He was born Rodney Scott Nugent on November 7, 1966. He was born in Denver Colorado. His birth mother is from Grand Island Nebraska and that's where she took my brother after he was born. I'm not sure what day he was adopted. But I do know my mother had no choices she ran out of options and was forced to make the biggest mistake of her life.
