Asking for help, anyone willing to visit their local library

Im really needing some help crossing names off my Ameridex list, Ive been matching names born on 8/31/1971 to birth anouncements in newspapers, so far using online rescourses Ive only been able to cross off about a dozen, most of what I need can really only be found in the archives of local librarys, please help if you can, I need the parents name & city for every male child born in Pa on 8/31/1971 that you can find, every birth anouncement i can match to a name on list is one more who is definatly not my son, and list gets shorter, I have Lycominy county and Gettysburg covered, needing help the most in York, Harrisburg, Pittsburg, and Philly area, I am also willing to do same in Savannah Ga area for others 36 years and still searching, 8/31/1971
