I have a newbie question!
When people mention a 32-36 month wait for referral...is that usually from the time your dossier gets to Colombia or is it from the time you are accepted by ICBF?
Just curious...

My understanding is that it is from the point you are accepted by ICBF.
Casa Privadas seem to have a shorter wait?
