Need a search angel in Indiana

I was born 10/29/1971 in Sullivan, Indiana. My birth mother is a white female who was also born in Indiana (according to the non-identifying information I received from the Indiana State Department of Health). My adoption was completed in Huntington, Indiana. The name that they put in the newspaper listing (regarding termination of parental rights) was Lena Gail Moody. I have been unable to locate anyone by that name in Sullivan, Indiana or anywhere else for that matter that is a match. I think the name is fictional. It would be great if someone knew someone that lives or works in Sullivan, Indiana, that has access to hospital records that can help me locate my birth mother (or at least her real name). Or if there is another way that I can find her, please let me know what else to do. I've already been registered with Soundex reunion registry for a few years now, don't have access to Ancestry.com or any of those geneology sites. Can someone here help me? Please email/message me.
