I'm sorry no one responded to your post. I'm trying to go through this folder and respond to people who haven't had a reply, so a lot of what I'm typing is a repeat on every topic.
If you haven't seen any of my other posts, I'd suggest the following steps. Apologies in advance if you've already done these steps. I did see on another post you said you've been searching for over a year:
1.) First, please register at the International Soundex Reunion Registry.

2.) Please register at the Pennsylvania Parent's Registry. Their website is at

Unfortunately the link to download the form to register is broken, and has been for some time, so you'd need to call 1-877-PA-HEALTH and ask them to mail you a copy of the form.
4.) Please search the registry here and if you don't see any matches, set up a search profile yourself:

5.) There are three great Pennsylvania search pages you can read over. Each one has a great mailing list too. They can help you with filing waivers of confidentiality as well as contacting the agency to see what type of search services they offer:
