As we are getting ready for baby number 2, I am faced with a dilemma I was in the dark about in 2005--BPA in the baby bottles! We used Avent the first time around and loved them--easy all the way around. Except, apparently, for the BPA that was leaking everywhere.
Now it's three years later, and the whole BPA free thing is in the spotlight, and my mom's offered to replace our Avent bottles with BPA free ones...
If you are familiar with Avent, are there any BPA-free brands that are similar in style (easy to wash, hold, no little parts to mess with)??
Any recommendations would be appreciated!

We use the cheapo Evenflo bottles. They are now BPA-free! I don't know if they at all like Avent, but I have used them for both my boys without a single issue! Plus they are cheap! You could always buy a pack and try them. I bought 3-4 packs of BPA-free bottles and these were the only ones Spencer would use. I think they are like the ready feed bottles in the hospital.

I know you don't like little parts to mess with but I had to get some replacement bottles for E (I didn't switch to non BPA but throw out anything that looks "cloudy" since apparently that's a sign that the BPA is leaking).
We are Dr. Browns people from the old reflux/colic days. I know it's crazy but I'm so used to it I could never change. So at Buy Buy Baby they had new BPA Free Plastic Dr. Browns and they are GREAT and larger so if you use mix you can now finally get a full 8 oz in there.
You probably don't want Dr. Browns but I love them so I just thought I'd mention it....
