I would say hold off. If it was a month or so earlier I would say, it's up to you because you could have still gotten your dossier into Vietnam before the July 1st deadline. Referrals are still given out and people, like myself and others on this board, are awaiting referrals so the program is still going. But will the program be accepting new applications post-July 1st is up in the air. We're all waiting to see what happens .
