CI Program and SB869

If you are a sibling, looking for an adult adoptee, or are a family member of a biological parent looking for an adult adoptee..... PLEASE help TODAY!!!! If you live in NC, please contact your STATE House Representative or Senator and tell them to vote favorably for SB869 v6. This bill will allow all of you to be able use the new CI program.
