Memphis USCIS FP

Dear Tennessee Forum Members, I need your assistance for a friend of mine. She and her husband are hoping to get their FP appointment scheduled as soon as possible. USCIS amde an error on their original approval giving them the incorrect expiration date and they have determined that their FP are not expired and they are about to bring home their child. She has requested an appointment, however, she has not received a rely from the Memphis USCIS Office. She has already contacted her State Reps via email and has not gotten a reply. Does anyone know what the turn around time is from the submission of a request for renewal and receving the FP appoitment and then the time frame from appoitment to updated I-797 (I-171H)? ANY suggestions are welcomed. Thanks! :thanks:
