Hi Everyone!
I was wondering if any one knows about adopting a relative sibling group? One of the girls is here in the states with a visitors visa and the other one is still in Costa Rica (she doesnt have a passport or visa). My sister in law has spoken to the PANI and due to illness she is relinquishing her parental rights and giving us guardianship.
My Question is :
Do they need to be in Costa Rica until the I800A is finished or can they stay with us in the states?
