Scammed by Tinia Carol Holder

Hi. I need everyone's help. I am posting on all the adoption boards. Beware of Tinia Carol Holder. She is a professional scammer. She has scammed many people through the adoption triad. If you have any contact with her, please notify your local police. Presently, in Minnesota, Officer Rain of the Minnetonka Police Department is putting a case together against her. In Ontario, Canada, where my family was scammed, the police have been informed. We need to stop her from hurting and taking from anyone else.
