Kaz info

I spoke to a independent faciliator in Kaz about adoption and she said that the Kaz courts would not look favorably on the fact that we already have 3 kids. She also asked me why we would want more kids. Has anyone heard about families with 3 kids being turned away for that fact? Thank you.
