I'm looking for my birth parents, siblings or any other family members, but have little information to go on. I am not sure if I was born in Philadelphia or Delaware County, but the adoption was almost certainly finalized in Philadelphia County. The adoption was handled by Catholic Charities/Catholic Social Services. My birth mother was roughly 22 years old, and I believe my birth father was of the same age range. She became pregnant, and he was apparently caring, but felt unprepared to be a parent at that time. Mother was described as Irish with dark brown hair and green eyes, ~5'6" and fit. Father described as Irish/German, brown hair, brown eyes, ~6'2" and athletic. This information is likely at least partially inaccurate. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Catholic Social Services will not help without a check!! Children of youth and Special Services will tell Adoptees if you call searching for a Parent! I think they are in Chester Delaware County. Pa law won't allow them to tell the Parents anything unless the children contact them first. Brian E
