Hi Ladies!
Dh and I are going to be adopting a baby girl around Christmas. I've met with a lac consultant and have been pumping every 2-4 hrs w/Medela Symphony and taking fenugreek/goats rue. I've been getting clear liquid mostly from the right one since about 2 wks into pumping..is this a good sign? I haven't seen any white milk yet but both breasts feel full like before AF. Any other suggestions for me. I'm going to add marshmallow root. I do drink a lot and have been at this for 5 wks so far. Thank you ladies :-)
