Boyd Adams 4-8-65 VOA Baptist Hosp New Orleans Seeks BM Nancy Adams

My birth name is Boyd Adams.I was born 4-8-65 in Baptist Hospital I was given up for adoption thru the Volunteers of America, New Orleans,La I am searching for my birthmother.Her name is possibly either Nancy or Judy Adams,I got my non id info,it said she was 15 years old.she was either 13 or 15 when she had me.She was 5`2 115 pound,Blond.she would be between 56 to 59 years old now.she was from La but but living in Ms.she has a younger sister and brother.her mother was killed in car wreck and dad lost right arm in an explosion. I was also told by a lady that had a list of birthmothers at the VOA at time of my birth that a Girl named Nancy,Al was on the list. that is all the info I have,hoping somebody can help me find my precious birthmother. my email is curtisa28@yahoo.com
